NitroTech Electric Systems delivers electrical services built for modern industrial automation, controls wiring, and commercial power systems across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and the surrounding region. We operate at the intersection of traditional electrical work and automated manufacturing and smart building systems—where experience matters and mistakes are costly.

We support production environments with industrial electrical work including equipment power distribution, motor circuits, MCCs, and control power for automated machinery. For automated facilities, we provide clean, organized controls wiring such as PLC panel wiring, field I/O terminations, VFD installations, and commissioning support designed to reduce downtime and simplify troubleshooting throughout the life of the system.

We work directly with automation integrators, OEMs, and in-house maintenance teams on new machine installations, retrofits, and system upgrades. Our controls and automation work emphasizes clear documentation, proper grounding and noise mitigation, and inspection-ready workmanship that reflects real plant conditions—not idealized drawings.

In commercial and light industrial buildings, we deliver reliable electrical systems that integrate seamlessly with lighting controls, building automation, and energy management platforms. From targeted upgrades to coordinated multi-system projects, we apply the same industrial-grade standards and accountability expected on the plant floor.

We also provide dedicated electrical support for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls installations. Our scope includes power and low-voltage wiring for air handling units, rooftop units, boilers, pumps, VAV boxes, sensors, actuators, and control panels, with clean terminations, proper segregation, and coordinated field connections that support efficient commissioning and long-term serviceability in occupied buildings.

All work is performed or supervised by a licensed Ontario Master Electrician, ensuring consistent quality, code compliance, and dependable results across industrial, commercial, and automation projects.
